In 1998, Bunmi began his career as a Wardrobe Sylist at Neiman Marcus where he became accustomed to dressing the who is who. Through this he found his unborn self. Robert attended James Madison University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies. He spent 2 years in Africa traveling around Central and Eastern Africa before to coming to licensed 2 heal. His work in Africa has allowed Robert to experience first-hand the dire need for Licensed 2 Heal's projects and vision.

Emily received her Master's degree in Accounting from UNCW in 2006. She most recently worked with Compass Group as an account project manager. Her compassion for people in need began after traveling to India, Asia, Congo, and Rwanda. She has a heart to reach out to those most affected by poverty and war.
